Fixed Assets Supervisor
The Accounting Department is in need of a Supervisor for the Fixed Assets
area. The person would be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of
the Fixed Assets functions, including assignment of duties and projects
to the staff and overseeing the work involved with inventorying, ledger
entries, tax statement filing, and insurance filings.
Applicants should have at least three years experience in fixed assets
functions, including supervisory experience. The wage will be set based
on qualifications and experience--from $7.15 per hour to $9.60 per hour.
Newsstand Distribution Coordinator
The Publishing Department is in need of a newsstand distribution coordina­
tor for U.S. and International magazine distribution. The coordinator
would be responsible for designing and administering concepts for stimu­
lating newsstand distribution of publications for the purpose of enlisting
new subscribers.
Applicants must have a college degree or have equivalent experi-
ence and have two years experience in retailer/wholesaler agency work.
Applicants must also have a working knowledge of Church regional areas in
the U.S. and worldwide, and have a basic understanding of Worldwide Church
of God doctrines and objectives for its publications.
Salary will be set based on experience and qualifications.

International Publications Coordinator

The Publishing Department is in need of an International Publications
Coordinator to coordinate production activities at Pasadena with Radlett
Press in Britain and various international offices. The Coordinator must
oversee compatible production of 10 foreign editions of The PLAIN TRUTH
with regard to design, layout, advertising, translation, copyfitting and
various editorial functions.
Applicants must have a college degree in publication graphic arts (includ­
ing typesetting, proofreading, paste-up, stripping, and film contacting),
and an additional four years experience in the graphic arts field, or a
minimum of eight years experience in graphic arts. Applicants also must
have a good knowledge of Worldwide Church of God doctrines and activities.
Salary will be $15,700 annually.
