FROM MINISTERIAL SERVICES
Ministerial Trainee Assignments
(Editor's Note: As a fruitful college year draws to a close, Mr. Joe
Tkach spoke to the student body at a special assembly Thursday afternoon,
April 24th. He exhorted the students to continue building character and
learning how to truly serve, so they will be prepared for whatever oppor
tunities and responsibilities God may give them in the future. His en
couraging talk addressed many topics, including men's and women's roles
in marriage and the importance of service to the congregation. He con
cluded by announcing field assignments of undergraduates, graduates and
one alumnus from a recent graduating class.
Mr. Tkach mentioned that
other graduates, already located in church areas and helping their pastor,
may be hired full-time in the future--depending upon their own progress and
the Work's needs.)
