A new 15-minute broadcast of "The WORLD TOMORROW" program in French is now
heard on Sud-Radio in Toulouse, France at 5:45 A.M. on Tuesdays and Fri­
days. This station blankets the southern France/Pyrenee region.
Radio-TV Luxembourg has changed our airing schedule of Mr. Armstrong's
French-subtitled "WORLD TOMORROW" telecast to Saturday at 10:30 A.M. We
are awaiting the results of this change.

The READER'S DIGEST ad has brought 8,937 responses so far. A direct mail
campaign is planned for June or July.
The television broadcast with the highest response to date was shown Feb­
ruary 26th, entitled "To The Brink of Cosmocide." It brought in 307 re­
sponses.
Income for the first quarter is up 193.7% over the same period last year.
From Canada Financially, God's spring festival season got off to a good
start. In spite of high unemployment, God's people have expressed them­
selves in a very generous way.
The increased attendance on the two holy days was 5.8% and 4.7% respec­
tively, with the offerings increasing 33.2% and 37.9%. The offering on the
first holy day was larger than the total yearly income in Canada in 1964.
Monthly income was up 14.8% over April last year, bringing the year-to-date
increase to a plus 14.7%.
Results from the direct mail program continue to trickle into the Vancouver
office, bringing the total responses to just short of 24,000. Both Mr.
David Hulme (Director of Media Purchasing) and Mr. Jack Ladd, of Ladd Asso­
ciates, Inc. (the company that helped put together the direct mail pro­
gram), feel it has been highly successful.
Permission has been received from the post office to mail under "interim"
second class privilege, while awaiting a decision on the application to re­
ceive second class privileges. Although The PLAIN TRUTH will continue to
be mailed at the current third class rate throughout the interim period, we
will be eligible for a refund should we be granted the second class pri­
vileges. The July/August combined issue will be the first one to be mailed
using the "interim" privilege. The back cover of the magazine will carry
the statement "Second Class Mail Registration Pending." There is just one
