DRESS FOR THE MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE A number have asked how to
dress for the various activities scheduled for the conference. There
are no formal affairs planned this year. Suits or leisure suits with
ties would be appropriate for the plenary sessions. Dress for the
Les Brown concert could simply include a coat and tie and long dresses
for the ladies would be fine, though not absolutely necessary. By the
way, after the show there will be a reception and all the ministers
are invited to attend. We're all looking forward to seeing you at the
conference in just another 15 days!

A.C. CAMPUS THE STAGE FOR PRE-PARADE SHOW Every year NBC does a
specI:re-parade program focusing on the rose pageant, which is
aired immediately before the Rose ParadE:. This year the program
wj.ll be filmed on the Ambassador College campus. The main setting
will be the plaza in front of the Auditorium. NBC will be shooting
sequences near the stream flowing down from Mayfair, and in the
Academic Center with its beautiful sunken garden and fountains. The
Rose
Queen
and her court will be introduced coming down the seps from
Ambassador Hall toward the Hall of Administration.
This µrogram will not only show the Ambassador College campus to NBC's
millions of viewers, but it will feature students from our Music
Department performing, with recognition given to Ambassador College
throughout the program.

NEW BOOKLETS IN THE MILL Just a note to let you all know that Garner
Ted Armstrong has approved several new booklet projects that will
keep us busy in the department for a while. First of all we have
the green light to make Jon Hill's series of PT articles "A Tale of
Two Prophets" into a booklet.
I will be sending Mr. Hill copy for
fi11al editing this week and we hope to get that off the press in 4 to
6
weeks.
We'll announce
it
in this report and advertise it in the
PT when it's off the press.
Secondly we will be producing a new booklet on prophecy (as yet
untitled) with the help of the News Bureau. This will be a basic
booklet on the subject and will replace How to Understand Bible
Prophecy.
It wi 11 deal with questions like why prophecy?, the

the surest
prophecy--the return of Christ, and how to watch world news. We will
be using reprinted material from articles by GTA plus new material
put together by the News Bureau. This booklet is sorely needed to
supplement world news analysis pieces in the PT.
It will be adver
tised fequently in the PT and will refer people to US and BC.
